My training History:

I began training in the Martial Arts in 1989 at the Westminster Mile High Karate School. In May 1993 I earned my 1st Degree Black Belt, 2nd Degree in October 1996, 3rd Degree in May 1999, 4th Degree in October 2002, and 5th Degree Black Belt and title of Master in October 2008. All of these ranks are in the Mile High Karate curriculum. In addition to Mile High Karate training I have trained and taught Judo, Jiu-jitsu, Tang Su Do, Kick Boxing, Boxing and Kenpo Karate.

Educational History:

Graduate of Wheat Ridge High School, class of 2001.

Attended The University of Northern Colorado, majoring in General Business August 2001- May 2004

Graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver May 2009 BA in History, Minor in General Business

Currently enrolled in Grand Canyon University for a Masters in Leadership Science
