Thoughts are things.
Your mind sees in pictures. When thinking about a goal it is important to write your goals and refer to the goal and the plan on a regular basis. It is also very important to get a picture of yourself doing your goal. If you want to be a black belt take a picture of yourself as a black belt and put it where you can see it all the time. We think in pictures so surround yourself with positive visual stimulation.
